Risto was the Chairman of Board for and main shareholder for Vahanen Group of companies until the end of 2021. Vahanen Group, which was founded in 1955, offers a wide scope of services in architecture, building services engineering, structural engineering, refurbishment, property management, building physics, and environmental consulting. Risto holds and has held several positions of trust in distinguished professional bodies in Finland such as Finnish Concrete Association, Association of Finnish Civil Engineers RIL, Finnish Technology Development Centre TEKES. He has been a speaker in many seminars and conferences in Finland and abroad dealing with refurbishment of existing buildings, life-span strategies, building physics and healthy building and holds Master of Science in Technology degree. Currenly Risto serves as the co-founder and chairman 2017 of Finnish Global Education Solutions Oy, bringing Finnish education solutions to the world.

Pekka has over 40 years international business experience, from multinational large corporations to small entrepreneurial companies. The businesses he has worked with vary from construction and related products to services and to ICT. Project and change management are his core competencies. Pekka is used to work in multinational teams. He has been living and working for 20 years abroad (Australia, P.R.C. and several countries in Europe). Pekka has learned in practice what end to end business process modelling means: how to develop and interpret the business strategies to business architecture and structures - and further to solutions architecture and implementation.

Matti has a long-standing experience in public relations, key account management and marketing and sales. He has also worked as an independent consultant in international business, communications, and risk management. He has published several books and holds several distinguished positions of trust. Matti has a keen interest in history, especially international relations.

Azer has a long and respective background in journalism and media relationships
having worked with several news and media agencies in Finland and in Egypt. Azer’s
key competence is designing media campaigns, implementing all type of mass communications tasks such as writing, editing, TV production, video shooting and editing. Azer is also specialized in international networking and has extensive media contacts. Azer hold several degrees and diplomas from various distinguished universities all over the world.

Markku is an experienced supply chain, business and operations professional who has worked in demanding organizational positions both in Finland and abroad. My competence and experience cover supply chain, improvement programs and change leadership/management, operational/business development including operational process improvements with LEAN methodology, business management, R&D and IT Operations. I have also work in entrepreneur and consultant positions in different kind of business to develop operational performance and processes.

Kristian is a well-established international business developer & executive with 20 years of experience in the emerging markets. He has a proven track-record in international business development, business strategy, advisory and fundraising. He has a vast personal contact network to key decision makers in Africa and the Gulf Region. Kristian has travelled in over 30 different African countries during his career and has served as a board member or advisor for several companies on three continents.
